Toute n\u00e9gligence dans l'un ou l'autre de ces processus peut facilement entra\u00eener des d\u00e9fauts tels que des soufflures, des inclusions de sable, des d\u00e9formations, des adh\u00e9rences de sable et des \u00e9carts dimensionnels.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les points cl\u00e9s \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de la production proprement dite ; concis et pratiques, ils peuvent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans des documents techniques ou utilis\u00e9s dans la communication avec les clients \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n<h3>Points cl\u00e9s concernant le processus de moulage dans la fonderie de m\u00e9taux ferreux<\/h3>\n<p>1. Contr\u00f4le des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du sable de moulage<br \/>\n&#8211; Maintain stable strength, air permeability, moisture content, and compactness of molding sand.<br \/>\n&#8211; Excessive moisture content will cause blowholes; insufficient moisture content will lead to poor collapsibility of molding sand and easy sand sticking.<br \/>\n&#8211; Insufficient air permeability will prevent gas from being discharged during pouring, resulting in blowholes and mold gassing.<\/p>\n<p>2.
