Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise, and this concept is fully embodied in Ningbo Suijin Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. The company is equipped with an advanced quality control laboratory, which houses a series of high-precision testing equipment: from spectrometers for material composition analysis to metallographic microscopes for observing microstructures; from tensile testing machines and low-temperature impact testing machines for testing mechanical properties to X-ray detectors, magnetic particle flaw detectors, ultrasonic flaw detectors (UT) for detecting internal defects, and then to coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for ensuring dimensional accuracy. These form a comprehensive quality inspection system. More importantly, the company always maintains a keen insight into testing technology, continuously invests in updating equipment, keeps up with the new requirements of the market for product quality, and builds a solid defense for product quality.

At present, the company has more than 200 employees, including 17 experienced professional engineers and 15 rigorous quality inspectors (QC).
